Lindsey Cree

Counselling in South Manchester

I am a professionally qualified counsellor, offering both short term and open-ended counselling to individuals. My approach is person-centred, which is essentially supportive and non-directive, and it's based upon a deep respect and trust in a person's capacity for personal growth and development.

I trust you will find all the information you need about how I may be able to help you by perusing the menu on the top of this screen. However, if some of your questions remain unanswered, please feel free to get in touch, either by phone or by email and I will aim to answer them for you.

The issues I'm most familiar with, have a special interest, and experience in are:

• Self esteem
• Relationships, including separation or divorce (but not couples counselling)
• Personal development
• Anxiety
• Mental health
• Identity
• Carers of those with a mental illness
